The hotel's location close to the city center in the square of Principe Real, with a view on a garden, and the convenient transportation options to via Rato Metro station were fantastic. The breakfast provided was also excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room we stayed in was a suite with a separate lounge area, and it had a beautiful styling with high ceilings and wooden floorboards. The bathroom was spacious and had little handwritten notes that added a personal touch. We also appreciated the amenities provided, including the Krups coffee machine, SMEG kettle, and Roberts radio. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a bus stop right outside and a stunning park just across the road. There were also plenty of great cafes, restaurants, and funky shops in the vicinity. The breakfast selection was great, with options such as eggs, fruits, fresh bread, yogurt. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even surprised us with a special birthday treat!

We loved the location just outside the noisy Bairro Alto, close to the lovely Principe Real square and the botanical garden. The hotel was opposite a beautiful park where we enjoyed sitting and reading. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and the facilities were great.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being in the centre of this city and close to many bars and restaurants. I also appreciated how close it was to a beautiful viewpoint area. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The neighbourhood was excellent - lots of bars, restaurants, and funky shops nearby. The hotel staff was super friendly and the room was beautiful and spacious. Easy to get to tourist areas and walking distance to points of interest.
