I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a large bathtub and fireplace in the room, offering a cozy and luxurious experience. Additionally, the location in a great area of town near the center of Newport was perfect for exploring the city. I was able to walk to several restaurants on Broadway and enjoy the fresh air while admiring the beautiful architecture. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, with prompt responses to my needs through text or phone call. The breakfast was a true highlight, especially the special French Toast with homemade strawberry sauce, which was absolutely delicious.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a super soft bed. The breakfast was fantastic, with made-to-order options like French toast with fresh strawberry sauce and blueberry pancakes bursting with blueberries. The staff, including Morgan and Cassandra, were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel had great facilities, including a jacuzzi tub and a rooftop patio. The location was convenient, within walking distance of good restaurants and close to several attractions. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming inn! The staff was super-friendly and made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious, with the special French Toast and homemade strawberry sauce being a must-try. The inn itself was clean, well taken care of, and had a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The location was great, off the beaten path and away from the busy downtown area, but still within easy reach of Cliff Walk, dining options, and the free tourist trolley route.
