The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with the room being bright and clean. The breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the town, zoo, and train station.
All good. The only slight issue was the curtains in the room, which let in sunlight early in the morning.
I had a fantastic stay at a centrally-located hotel in this city. The free and safe parking was a huge plus, especially when compared to the prices you would pay in other hotels. The pub restaurant offered delicious food at excellent value for money, and my husband was thrilled with the cheaper ale prices. All the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel's location made it very convenient for walking into the city center and exploring the shops, pubs, and eateries. The breakfast provided a great choice of freshly cooked options, and the room amenities included lovely cookies and hot chocolate, as well as a fridge.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel had all the facilities I needed for a comfortable 2-night stay. The location was convenient, as it was within easy walking distance of the city center, and also on the bus route to the famous zoo. The staff were lovely and provided a delicious breakfast.
