The staff were very friendly and proactive, offering great support in arranging transportation and even keeping my backpack after check out. The room I stayed in was better than what I had reserved, and the view of the pyramids from my room was absolutely stunning. The cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the breakfast provided was delicious and filling. the hotel's location near the pyramids and the incredible service from the staff made my stay truly enjoyable.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even organizing dinner and sightseeing trips for us. The airport transfer went smoothly, and there was a room service every day. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a great view of the pyramids from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and there was a room service every day.
