The hotel was cosy, the room was perfect and immaculate, had essentials for a fairly nice stay. Sumptuous breakfast, exceptional service. I got free upgrade and thoroughly enjoyed it. Free parking and simply wonderful facilities.
Everywhere was spotless, staff were outstandingly accommodating, great bed. Immaculate rooms and perfect. The staff did all they can for a very comfortable stay. The location was lovely for traveling around New Orleans. Service was excellent too.
The location of this hotel is marvellous, the staff is attentive. Sumptuous breakfast, exceptional service.
