I had an incredible stay at this hotel in the heart of Old San Juan. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the rooms and common areas spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful rooftop with a jacuzzi and relaxing seating areas. The location couldn't have been better, as it was super close to everything that Old San Juan has to offer. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of choices. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.
